Hi, I'm Marius. I live at Hennesstrand Brygge myself, in the apartment above Apartment 3, so I'm usually close by if you need anything. I also run Møysalen Opplevelser, with boat trips to the Trollfjord, sea eagle safaris and boat transfer for the Møysalen summit hike.

One Base — Four Seasons
- Northern lights (September–April): dark, clear nights over the fjord, right outside your window.
- Ski touring / randonnée (winter–spring): summit-to-sea skiing in the mountains of Vesterålen and Lofoten.
- Sea fishing (April–September): rent your own boat and fish just off the dock — cod and coalfish all season, halibut in summer.
- Midnight sun (May–July): fish, hike and explore around the clock in golden light.
Rent Your Own Fishing Boat
Add a boat to your stay from April to September. Our own fleet of fully equipped Kværnø 19 ft boats is moored right at the dock, and the fishing grounds are minutes from the harbour — cod, halibut and coalfish, with the option to legally take your catch home. Hennesstrand Brygge is a registered fishing tourism business.

Want to explore Lofoten? The car ferry from Kaljord to Hanøy provides a scenic shortcut across the fjord, making day trips south effortless while keeping Hennesstrand Brygge as your base. The quay at Kaljord is 2 minutes away, the crossing takes 15 minutes, and Svolvær is about 40 minutes' drive from Hanøy.
